You need a village. We’ll help you build it.
Assembly exists to make meaningful gatherings easy, so you can focus on your people.
Our vision
As homeschooling parents, we're building Assembly to make it easier for families to create meaningful community through shared experiences.
Assembly grew out of our own kitchen table: the park days, co-op mornings, and field trips we were already organizing, and the group chats and spreadsheets it took to hold them together. We wanted the planning to take less of the week so the gathering could be the point.
That's the whole idea: reduce the burden of planning so families can enjoy their gatherings and make memories together. Assembly is the app that brings homeschoolers and their families together.
What we believe
- Encouraging: we support the parents who make community happen.
- Intentional: quality features specific to homeschooling families. Nothing bloated, and no tech fatigue.
- Approachable: welcoming, easy, and burden-free by design.
Part of Goods Media.
Assembly is built by Goods Media LLC, a small software company in Fountain Hills, Arizona that builds and acquires software products worth keeping. We're a bootstrapped family business. No growth-at-all-costs investors, no plans to sell your attention.
That matters for one practical reason: Assembly is built for you, not an advertiser. Hosting is free, joining is free, and paid events carry a small fee paid by the family registering. That's the business.
