For the friend who organizes everything

Host with ease, joy, and excellence.

You're the reason the co-op runs. Assembly takes the counting, the collecting, and the reminding, so hosting feels like hospitality again, not project management.

Host questions

Things hosts ask us.

How do guests RSVP?

Straight from the invitation link, in any browser. Creating an account is quick and easy, and registering, including payment for paid events, takes just a few clicks. Once they're in, everyone gets reminders, event chat, and your announcements.

How do payments work?

Capture discounted group rates, pay your venue and cover costs with ease. Set registration prices with as many categories as you need: students, infants, adults. Guests pay for their registration + a small processing and platform fee. Each registration receives an itemized, submittable receipt. The money lands in your bank account through Stripe. You never handle card numbers, and Assembly never sees them either.

Can I book multiple events throughout the year?

Absolutely! You can publish all your events at the start of the school year so families can plan ahead. Or, surprise your friends and create that pottery studio moms’ night out that everyone needs. Assembly will handle the details.

What if I need to cancel or refund?

Cancel the event in Assembly and it handles the rest: everyone is notified automatically, and paid registrations are refunded automatically. No apology texts, no manual Venmo-ing money back.

Who sees my event?

Your call. Events are invite-only by default; you can also publish to nearby families on the discovery page if you're creating a bigger community.
